What we do

Schools, churches, companies, associations and event organisers use TechWorld Voting System to run pageants, award schemes, talent shows and similar competitions. Supporters vote for their favourite contestants or nominees on the website or by dialling *920*112#, and pay with mobile money or other supported methods.

Who we are

TechWorld Voting System is developed and operated by TJ VITAL SOURCE TECH and serves organisers in every region of Ghana. Besides paid voting, it runs secret-ballot elections for SRCs, student associations, colleges, churches and other organisations, with voter credentials sent by SMS or email. The problem we solve

Collecting votes by hand, through social media or by cash is slow, hard to check and easy to dispute. Organisers struggle to reconcile payments with votes, and supporters can't be sure their votes were counted. We bring voting, payment and results together in one place, so every counted vote is backed by a confirmed payment.

How we support events

• Voting everywhere: a mobile-friendly website, and a USSD menu that works on any phone without internet.
• Contestant management: organisers add contestants, photos and categories, or open a registration form and approve applicants.
• Payments and reporting: each vote is matched to its payment, with transaction records, finance reports and exports for organisers.
• Results control: organisers choose whether results are public, and can give contestants private access to their own or their category's results.
• Judging: events can combine public votes with scores from a judging panel.

Accessible and transparent voting

Anyone with a mobile phone can vote, in a few steps. Every vote has a transaction ID, and voters can confirm their own transaction on our Verify a Transaction page. Votes are counted only after payment is confirmed, so totals reflect real, paid support.

Responsible handling of money and data

Payments are processed by established payment providers; we never see mobile money PINs or card details. Event organisers only ever see masked phone numbers, full numbers are stored encrypted, we restrict who can see results and transactions, and log important administrative actions.
