TechWorld Voting System · Ghana
Online voting services in Ghana for pageants, awards, schools and elections
TechWorld Voting System is an online voting platform developed by TJ VITAL SOURCE TECH. We run paid voting for pageants, awards and competitions — on the web and by USSD with Mobile Money — and secret-ballot elections for schools, SRCs, associations and churches, for organisers anywhere in Ghana.
What we provide
Paid voting for pageants and competitions
Supporters buy votes for their favourite contestant. You set the price per vote and the voting dates; every vote is tied to a confirmed payment.
Awards voting
Categories and nominees for entertainment, school, church and corporate awards, each nominee with a short code for easy voting and sharing.
USSD voting with Mobile Money
Voters dial *920*112# on any network, choose the event, enter the nominee's code and approve the Mobile Money prompt — no smartphone or internet needed.
Web voting
A public page for every event with nominee photos and a Vote button; payment by Mobile Money (card payment where enabled).
Bulk vote packages
Optional packages that let supporters buy several votes at once at a price you set.
Secret-ballot elections
For SRCs, student associations, colleges and churches: voter lists, Voter ID and Key sent by SMS or email, one vote per voter, eligibility by group, ranked choice and write-ins where needed.
Online contestant registration
Contestants apply online; you review and approve them before they appear on the voting page.
Judges' scoring
Judges can score contestants by stage and criteria alongside public voting, where your event uses judges.
Results you control
Keep results hidden until voting closes, show them only to organisers, or publish them. Published election results carry a checkable fingerprint.

How it works
-
1
Tell us about your event
Call or WhatsApp 0555878675, or use the "Host an Event" form.
-
2
We set you up
We create your organisation and event, and give you access to your organiser dashboard.
-
3
Add categories and nominees
Add them yourself, or let contestants register online for you to approve. For elections, import your voter list.
-
4
Configure and launch
Set the vote price, voting dates, web and USSD voting and results visibility, then share the event link and nominee codes.
-
5
Follow and announce
Watch votes and payments as they come in, verify any transaction, and publish results when you are ready.
Security and reliability
- Votes follow confirmed payments. A paid vote is counted only after the payment provider confirms it, and anyone can check a transaction on the Verify Transaction page.
- Secret ballot for elections. Election ballots are stored without any link to the voter, so nobody — including administrators — can see how a person voted.
- Protected voter credentials. Voter keys are stored hashed, never shown on screen or put in links, and sign-in is rate-limited with lock-outs after repeated failures.
- Organiser controls and records. Organisers decide when results are visible; administrator actions are recorded in an audit log, and elections include a fraud check that flags unusual patterns for review.
No online system can promise to be completely risk-free; these are the safeguards the platform actually uses.
Frequently asked questions
Which company can host online voting for my event in Ghana?
TechWorld Voting System, developed by TJ VITAL SOURCE TECH, hosts online voting for events anywhere in Ghana: pageants, awards, talent shows, school and church competitions, SRC events and corporate awards. Call or WhatsApp 0555878675 to discuss your event.
Can supporters vote with Mobile Money?
Yes. Supporters pay for votes with Mobile Money on the website, or by dialling *920*112# on any network and approving the Mobile Money prompt. A vote counts only once the payment is confirmed.
Do voters need a smartphone or internet?
No. Besides the website, voters can dial *920*112#, choose the event and enter the nominee's code — this works on basic phones without internet.
Can I hold a free, secret-ballot election (for example an SRC election)?
Yes. Elections use a voter list: each voter receives a Voter ID and Voter Key by SMS or email, votes once, and nobody — including administrators — can see how an individual voted. You can import voters from Excel or CSV and limit positions to groups (for example a level or a hall).
Who decides when results are visible?
The organiser. Results can stay hidden until voting ends, be shown only to the organisers, or be published. For elections, published results carry a fingerprint (SHA-256) that anyone can check.
Can contestants register online?
Yes. Contestants can apply online for events that accept registrations, and the organiser reviews and approves them before they appear on the voting page.
How do I get started?
Contact us on 0555878675 (phone or WhatsApp), or submit your event through the "Host an Event" form. We set up your event or organisation, help you configure it, and you can follow transactions and results from your own dashboard.
